1. Provider
Sector.7 ("the Service") is operated by Lopes Ushiki Cleiber (the "Seller"). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with the Seller.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual property, attempts to interfere with security (including malware, probing or scraping), and uploading PDFs you do not have rights to process.
4. Intellectual property
All software, branding and documentation related to the Service remain the property of the Seller. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
5. No warranties / availability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. PDF sanitization is best-effort; you remain responsible for verifying the result before publishing or distributing any document.
6. Payment & billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms for billing, tax and payment mechanics.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid by you in the previous 6 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.
